海洋非粘结型柔性软管具有各层间相对独立且可移动的特殊结构,具有较好的柔韧性和适应性,成为海洋尤其是深海开发的必需管道,对深海资源的开发具有重要的工程应用与战略价值。介绍了海洋非粘结型柔性软管的性能特点及其典型管体的主要结构,分析了骨架层、内衬层、抗压铠装层、耐磨层、抗拉铠装层、中间层、外包覆层的结构特点与作用,重点探讨了集束生产管、带有抗硫化氢层的软管、碳纤维抗拉铠装层软管3种新型研制管材的设计特点与工作原理。研究结果表明:与普通钢管相比,海洋非粘结型柔性软管更适合用于深海资源开发,可以根据实际环境要求设计各层结构;研制的3种新型软管可以满足超深水复杂工况的需求,成为海洋非粘结型柔性软管的研究热点。
