目的:研制一种用于测定盐酸多奈哌齐含量的药物选择性电极。方法:采用四苯硼酸钠与盐酸多奈哌齐生成的离子缔合物为电活性物质,以电极响应范围为优化目标函数,按电活性物-PVC-邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯3.4∶28.3∶68.3(w/w)的比例制备PVC膜,研制盐酸多奈哌齐药物选择性电极,并对电极的性能指标进行评价。结果:在pH5的盐酸-氢氧化钠溶液中,电极的线性范围为1.78×10-6~1.0×10-1mol.L-1,斜率为42 mV/pC(10℃),检出限为5.3×10-7mol.L-1。结论:该电极选择性好,响应快,重现性好,测定结果准确可靠,可用于盐酸多奈哌齐药物的含量测定。
OBJECTIVE: To develop a drug-selective electrode for the determination of donepezil hydrochloride. Methods: The ionic association of sodium tetraphenylborate and donepezil hydrochloride was used as the electroactive substance. The optimized response function of the electrode was taken as the objective function. According to the electroactive matter-PVC-dioctyl phthalate 3.4: 28.3: 68.3 (w / w) ratio of PVC film preparation, preparation of donepezil hydrochloride drug selective electrode, and the electrode performance evaluation. Results: The linear range of the electrode was 1.78 × 10-6 ~ 1.0 × 10-1mol·L-1 with a slope of 42 mV / pC (10 ℃) and the detection limit was 5.3 in pH5-HCl-NaOH solution × 10-7mol.L-1. Conclusion: The electrode has good selectivity, fast response and good reproducibility. The determination results are accurate and reliable and can be used for the determination of donepezil hydrochloride.
