在数字化变电站的建设和改造过程中,基于IEC 61850的变电站自动化系统与现有系统之间必然存在一个过渡期。为了解决新系统与现有系统的兼容问题,提出了一种数字化变电站中常规智能电子设备的接入方案,设计了一种IEC 61850通信网关,包括配置工具、协议转换器、数据采集过滤器、IEC61850和过程控制对象链接与嵌入(OPC)客户/服务器等软件模块。另外,基于上述方法开发了一个原型系统,通过测试验证了所采用方案的可行性。
In the process of construction and renovation of digital substation, there must be a transitional period between the substation automation system based on IEC 61850 and the existing system. In order to solve the compatibility problem between the new system and the existing system, an access scheme of conventional intelligent electronic equipment in digital substation was proposed and an IEC 61850 communication gateway was designed, including configuration tools, protocol converter, data acquisition filter, IEC61850 and Process Control Object Linking and Embedding (OPC) client / server software modules. In addition, a prototype system was developed based on the above method, and the feasibility of the adopted scheme was verified through testing.
