目的:观察中药联合阿维A胶囊、NB-UVB治疗重度寻常型银屑病的临床疗效及安全性。方法:治疗组采用自拟中药消银汤100mL,2次/d,口服阿维A胶囊0.3～0.5mg·kg-1.d-1,NB-UVB全身照射,3次/周;对照组口服阿维A胶囊0.3～0.5mg·kg-1.d-1,NB-UVB全身照射,3次/周,疗程均为8周。结果:4周时两组有效率分别为66.7%、60.5%,差异无显著性(P>0.05),治疗耐受率分别为88.7%、60.2%,差异有显著性(χ2=6.75,P<0.05);8周时两组有效率分别为89.4%、63.6%,差异有显著性(χ2=5.57,P<0.05),治疗耐受率分别为89.2%、82.5%,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。结论:中药联合阿维A胶囊、NB-UVB治疗重度寻常银屑病疗效好,安全可靠,不良反应少。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of traditional Chinese medicine combined with Avia A capsule and NB-UVB in the treatment of severe psoriasis vulgaris. Methods: The treatment group was treated with self-made traditional Chinese medicine Xiaoyin Decoction 100mL, twice a day, oral Avia A capsule 0.3 ~ 0.5mg · kg-1.d-1, NB-UVB whole body irradiation, 3 times / Avia A capsule 0.3 ~ 0.5mg · kg-1.d-1, NB-UVB whole body irradiation, 3 times / week, the course of treatment were 8 weeks. Results: At 4 weeks, the effective rates of the two groups were 66.7% and 60.5%, respectively, with no significant difference (P> 0.05). The tolerability rates of the two groups were 88.7% and 60.2% respectively, with significant difference (χ2 = 6.75, P < 0.05). At 8 weeks, the effective rates of the two groups were 89.4% and 63.6% respectively, with significant difference (χ2 = 5.57, P <0.05). The tolerability rates of the two groups were 89.2% and 82.5% > 0.05). Conclusion: Chinese medicine combined Avia A capsule, NB-UVB treatment of severe psoriasis has a good effect, safe, reliable, less adverse reactions.
