榆神矿区煤层埋藏浅、基岩薄、松散覆盖层厚,是典型的薄基岩、厚积砂松散覆盖层条件下的浅埋煤层,在特殊地层开采条件下,易造成工作面顶板剧烈的矿压显现。文章通过大量现场调查及观测,分析了包含顶板管理状况、煤壁状况、顶板状况、支护条件等4个单元、18项指标的顶板事故影响因素,建立了煤矿顶板事故模糊综合评价模型。通过对榆林矿区4个矿井的分析表明,所建立的模型能较全面地包含该矿区顶板失稳事故的主要内容,能够辨识其致因的安全隐患,为该矿区的保水开采和生态环境保护提供了重要的参考依据。
