为提高邹城市食品卫生质量,保护消费者利益,确保食品的安全卫生,我市加大了食品卫生监督监测的力度,1996~1998年共完成各类食品抽样监测4917份,食品监测合格率稳定上升,平均合格率为88.20%。抽样监测合格的食品有蒸馏酒、配制酒、发酵酒、粮食、罐头、糖果等。监测合格率较低的食品为调味品、肉及肉制品、冷食等。通过食品卫生监督监测基本上摸清了我市各类食品的卫生质量,为巩固我市全国食品卫生示范县达标成果,提高我市食品卫生工作水平,搞好监督与管理,提供了科学依据。1 检验方法、样品来源及资料来源
