利用有限元软件Abaqus对镐形截齿受载时的应力分布进行了计算,得到了截齿应力分布的规律,为截齿的改进设计提供依据。利用耦合接触算法模拟合金头与齿身之间的焊接,得到接触区域的应力分布规律,为镐形截齿的加工制造提供一定的指导作用。研究方法和结果对提高截齿的可靠性和延长使用寿命具有重要的意义。
The finite element software Abaqus was used to calculate the stress distribution of the pick when the pick was loaded, and the law of the stress distribution of the pick was obtained, which provided the basis for the improved design of the pick.
