为提高高端液压支架的焊接质量,改善工人的作业环境,笔者提出建立具有国内外领先技术水平的高端液压支架智能焊接车间,并着重对其车间信息化建设进行了探讨。通过采用“分散控制、集中监视”的控制模式,建立集合车间和工厂信息的网络数据库,实现车间设备按照工厂管理程序自动化运行;工厂管理层对车间设备运行的实时监控,从而达到整个车间的信息化管理。
