目的探讨早期非营养性吸吮对早产儿生长发育及胃肠功能的影响。方法将48例需经鼻胃管喂养的健康早产适于胎龄儿,随机分为非营养性吸吮(NNS)组和对照组。监测体质量,胎粪排出,排尽时间,鼻胃管留置时间,住院天数及胃肠功能紊乱情况。结果体质量NNS组增长较对照组明显增加(P<0.01),胎粪排尽,鼻胃管留置时间及住院天数,NNS组较对照组明显缩短(P<0105)胃肠功能紊乱发生率NNS组33%对照组60%。结论NNS可促进早产儿体质量增加,缩短胎粪排尽时间,鼻胃管留置时间及住院天数。有利于早产儿胃肠功能的发育。
Objective To investigate the effect of early non-nutritive sucking on the growth and development of gastrointestinal motility in preterm infants. Methods Forty-eight healthy preterm infants who needed nasogastric tube for gestational age were randomly divided into non-nutritive suck (NNS) group and control group. Monitoring body mass, meconium discharge, exhaust time, nasogastric tube indwelling time, hospitalization days and gastrointestinal disorders. Results The body weight of NNS group increased significantly (P <0.01), meconium was drained, nasogastric tube indwelling time and days of hospitalization were significantly shorter in NNS group than in control group (P <0.05). The incidence of gastrointestinal disorders Group 33% Control group 60%. Conclusion NNS can promote the body weight of premature infants, shorten the time of exhausting meconium, nasogastric tube indwelling time and hospitalization days. Is conducive to the development of gastrointestinal function in preterm children.
