38 豹子转身势(歇步压肘横扫拳)动作说明:①接上动.身体左转,右腿随势蹬直.左腿屈膝半蹲成左弓步;右拳变八字掌由体前顺势向内、向左屈肘拍按于前胸部,掌心朝内.力达掌心;左掌位置不变.上体略前俯;目视前下方(图110)。②接上动,身体突然右转,左脚随势内收半步并内旋脚位约180°.右脚同时外展约180°,两腿成前后交叉;右手位置不变.左掌顺势变拳由左胯侧屈肘外旋腕向上、向前提起.置于体左侧上方.肘高与肩平.拳心朝内.力达肘端:身体重心落至两腿之间;目视左肘端(图111)。
