铅对卟啉代谢障碍引起红细胞游离原卟啉(FEP)和锌原卟啉(ZPP)的增加。FEP和ZPP升高的意义相同,但FEP、ZPP两测定值之比并非是1:1摩尔比或1:1.11质量比。现国内许多单位开展了ZPP、FEP的测定,对它们之间能否互相代替,数值关系如何、何者为优等尚有争议。本文拟对两指标数值关系进行研究和分析,为更好地评价及应用这两指标提供依据。
Lead-to-porphyrin metabolism causes increased erythrocyte free protoporphyrin (FEP) and zinc protoporphyrin (ZPP). FEP and ZPP increase the same meaning, but the ratio of the two measured FEP, ZPP ratio is not 1: 1 molar ratio or 1: 1.11 mass ratio. Many units in our country now carry out the measurement of ZPP and FEP, and whether they can be replaced with each other or not depends on the numerical relationship and what is superior. This paper intends to study and analyze the relationship between the two indicators in order to provide a basis for better evaluation and application of these two indicators.
