为缓解尾矿库库容压力,防止或限制井下大量采空区带来的安全隐患。矿山根据尾砂粒级组成和胶结充填材料配比试验结果,设计一套处理量1 800 t/d的全尾砂胶结充填系统,采用深锥高效浓密机对低浓度尾砂浆进行浓密沉缩,将高浓度全尾砂浆、散装水泥及适量调浓水混合连续搅拌均匀后制备成充填料浆,通过充填工业泵加压泵送至井下采空区。解决了矿山因库容不足而无法正常生产的难题,同时解决了一些胶结充填过程中的具体问题。
In order to alleviate the pressure of tailing pond storage capacity, prevent or limit a lot of underground mine safety hazard. According to the test results of tailing sand grade composition and cemented filling material proportioning, a set of tailings cementing and filling system with a capacity of 1,800 t / d was designed and a deep cone high-efficiency thickener was used to densely condense low tailing mortar.
