[目的]了解龙岩市鼠疫宿主动物及其寄生蚤类的种群构成和数量分布情况,为鼠疫防治提供依据。[方法]采用夹笼法。对捕获鼠类及捡获蚤类进行鉴定,计算鼠密度、鼠体染蚤率和蚤指数。[结果]捕获鼠形动物2 008只,隶属2目2科3属10种,其中,啮齿目动物1 591只,食虫目动物417只。家栖鼠密度为5.3%,野栖鼠密度2.7%,黄胸鼠密度2.0%。鼠形动物中,染蚤鼠769只,捡获蚤2 295匹,染蚤率38.3%,总蚤指数1.14。经鉴定为印鼠客蚤、缓慢细蚤、不等单蚤等,黄胸鼠蚤指数1.55,印鼠客蚤为1.14。室内游离蚤指数为0.02;未查出鼠疫F1抗体及F1抗原。[结论]龙岩市的家栖鼠种主要为黄胸鼠和褐家鼠,野栖鼠种主要为黄毛鼠,主要蚤种为印鼠客蚤。未发现鼠间鼠疫流行迹象,但黄胸鼠密度及黄胸鼠印鼠客蚤指数均超出鼠疫控制标准,应引起高度重视。
[Objective] The research aimed to understand the population composition and quantity distribution of the plague host animals and their parasitic fleas in Longyan City and provide the basis for the prevention and control of plague. [Method] Using the cage method. The capture of rodents and the detection of fleas were identified, the rat density, flea infection rate and flea index were calculated. [Result] There were 2 008 mouse-shaped animals captured, belonging to 2 orders, 2 families, 3 genera and 10 species, of which 1 591 rodents and 417 insectivores. Domestic rat density was 5.3%, wild rat density 2.7%, yellow rat density 2.0%. In the mouse-shaped animals, 769 fleas were stained, 2 295 fleas were collected, the flea flea rate was 38.3% and the total flea index was 1.14. Was identified as Indian rat fleas, flea flea, ranging from single flea, yellow rat chest flea index 1.55, rat flea flea 1.14. Indoor flea index was 0.02; did not detect the plague F1 antibody and F1 antigen. [Conclusion] The main domestic rodent species in Longyan were Rattus flavipectus and Rattus norvegicus, the mainly rodent species in Rattus norvegicus were Rattus norvegicus, and the main flea species were Rattus norvegicus. No epidemic signs of plague in mice were found, but the density of rodent rat and the rodent flea index of rodent rat were beyond the standard of plague control, which should be paid great attention.
