本文通过试验研究了制冷装置中的热力膨胀阀的下述规律:(1)同一阀体不同阀针型式在开启过程中流量系统的变化;(2)比较两个通道设计几何相似而大小不同的阀体在开启过程中流量系数的变化规律;(3)研究同一工质在进、出口压力和进口过冷度变化时,对阀额定开度时流量系数的影响。
In this paper, the following laws of the thermal expansion valve in refrigeration equipment are studied through experiments: (1) the change of the flow system during the opening process of different valve needle types of the same valve; (2) comparing the design geometries of the two channels with similar geometries and different sizes (3) To study the influence of the same working fluid on the flow coefficient of the valve when the inlet and outlet pressure and the degree of undercooling change.
