针对多工步成形的阶梯盒形件容易出现拉裂缺陷的问题,选取板料最大减薄率为目标函数,结合面心立方的试验设计方法,采用有限元软件DYNAFORM对不同尺寸的零件成形过程进行模拟,建立基于移动最小二乘法的二阶响应面模型,以逐步近似代替设计参数与输出响应之间复杂的隐式关系,并运用遗传算法,在兴趣域内进行全局寻优,得到优化的设计尺寸。有效地避免了阶梯盒形件多工步成形过程中的拉裂,获得了质量合格的零件。
