目的对一起食物中毒的采集样本进行相关微生物学检验,并应用脉冲场凝胶电泳(PFGE)技术对检出的菌株进行溯源检测,确定引起食物中毒的病原菌(同源性).方法依据GB4789方法对采集的样品进行病原菌分离、鉴定及药敏试验(K-B法),应用PFGE检测技术对检出的伦敦沙门氏菌进行分子分型,通过BioNumerics软件进行聚类分析.结果所检出5株菌株的生化试验、血清学试验和药敏试验结果一致,PFGE图谱有4株为相同菌株,1株菌株与其他菌株相似率为96%.结论该起食物中毒与伦敦沙门氏菌分离株为相同克隆群,PFGE可有效应用于食物中毒溯源分析及分子流行病学研究.
Objective To detect the related microbiology of food poisoning samples and detect the pathogenic bacteria (homology) of the detected strains by pulse field gel electrophoresis (PFGE) .Methods According to GB4789 method Pathogenic bacteria were isolated, identified and susceptible test (KB method). The PFGE detection technique was used to detect Salmonella in London and cluster analysis was carried out by BioNumerics software.Results The biochemical The results of the serological tests and drug susceptibility test showed that 4 strains of PFGE were the same strains and 1 strain was 96% similar to other strains.Conclusion This food poisoning is the same clonal group as Salmonella London, and PFGE is Effectively applied in food poisoning traceability analysis and molecular epidemiology.
