提出一种复制银盐计算全息图(SHCGH)的新方法,在SHCGH母板上浇注一张橡胶软模板,软模再经第二次浇注,将CGH浮雕结构转移到各种物件表面。对复制品与母板的浮雕深度转移进行了测量,并通过选择第二次浇注材料,改善了复制品的光学再现效果。
A new method of replicating silver halide hologram (SHCGH) was proposed. A rubber soft template was cast on the SHCGH mother board. The soft mold was poured again to transfer the CGH relief structure to the surface of various objects. The emboss depth transfer of replicas and masters was measured and the optical reproduction of the replicas was improved by selecting a second cast material.
