课堂教学质量是高职专业教学改革与建设的关键所在。本文分析课堂教学过程中存在的学生被动学习、学习主动性不足的问题,提出将课堂教学与多种教学资源平台融合的翻转课堂模式提升学习主动性,以PDCA循环作为课堂教学新模式促进师生共同参与,指出新形教学模式实施具备的前提条件。经分析,前者能够有效提高学生兴趣,提升学生学习的主动性,后者使师生平等参与课堂教学成为可能,且每阶段都及时反馈改进等。故提升学生学习主动性,促进师生平等参与课堂有助于提高高职专业课堂教学质量。
The quality of classroom teaching is the key to higher vocational teaching reform and construction. This paper analyzes the problems existing in the process of classroom teaching, such as passive learning and lack of initiative in learning. It puts forward that the flip-the-classroom model, which integrates classroom teaching and various teaching resources platforms, enhances learning initiative and uses PDCA cycle as a new model for classroom teaching to promote teachers and students Participate together and point out the prerequisites for the implementation of the new-type teaching mode. The analysis shows that the former can effectively enhance students ’interest and enhance students’ initiative in learning. The latter makes it possible for teachers and students to participate in classroom teaching equally and improve feedback in every stage. Therefore, improving students’ learning initiative and promoting equal participation of teachers and students in the classroom help to improve the quality of classroom teaching in higher vocational education.
