在低温常压条件下,应用高频高压脉冲电晕放电,在电晕极附近产生高能量(20~50eV)的等离子体。高能等离子体撞击材料表面,使表面性能发生了改变。
Under the condition of low temperature and normal pressure, a high-frequency and high-voltage pulsed corona discharge is used to generate a high-energy plasma (20-50 eV) near the corona electrode. High-energy plasma impinges on the surface of the material, changing the surface properties.
