选用四丁基溴化铵作相转移催化剂,进行二茂铁甲酸(FcCA)接枝环氧化端羟基聚丁二烯(EHTPB)的合成研究。合成产物的红外光谱和1H-NMR显示,在1 714和1 276 cm-1处表现出明显的羧酸酯基团特征吸收峰,在1 139和823 cm-1处表现出茂环特征吸收峰,在4.2 ̄4.9处显示茂环上9H的核磁共振谱带。化学分析表明产物含铁质量分数为1.75%,平均接枝率为20.65%。
Tetrabutylammonium bromide was chosen as the phase transfer catalyst for the synthesis of ferrocenecarboxylic acid (FcCA) grafted epoxidized hydroxyl-terminated polybutadiene (EHTPB). The IR spectra and1H-NMR of the synthesized product showed that the characteristic absorption peak of carboxylic acid ester group was obvious at 1 714 and 1 276 cm-1, and the characteristic absorption peak at 1 139 and 823 cm-1 , Showing the NMR spectrum of 9H on the ring at 4.2 ~ 4.9. Chemical analysis showed that the product iron content of 1.75%, the average graft rate of 20.65%.
