职业教育从学科本位向能力本位的转变,源于学术型与应用型的教育分类改革,在现实中产生了“学生分层”等方面的问题。因此,需要职业院校统筹考虑学生、企业和教师发展的综合需求,狠抓专业建设与课程建设。
The transformation of vocational education from subject-based to ability-based comes from the reform of academic and applied educational classification, which has caused the problem of “stratification of students” in reality.
