本文报道了用重量法测定大豆甾醇含量的方法,大豆甾醇含有三种带有3β─OH基团的甾醇,即菜油甾醇(M=400.67)、豆vl甾醇(M=412.67)、β─谷甾醇(M=414.69),标准样品中该三种甾醇组分含量分别为:19.52%、16.17%、64.31%。大豆甾醇中3β─OH基团可与洋地黄皂甙(M=1229.3)反应产生沉淀。19沉淀相当于大豆甾醇0.251g。大豆甾醇平均回收率为101.15±2.38%,变异系数2.35%。
This paper reports a method for determining the content of soybean sterol by gravimetric method. Soybean sterol contains three kinds of sterols with 3β-OH group, namely, oleostol (M=400.67) and pea vl sterol (M=412.67). Β-sitosterol (M=414.69). The contents of the three sterol components in the standard sample were: 19.52%, 16.17%, and 64.31%, respectively. The 3β-OH group in soybean sterol can react with digitonin (M=1229.3) to produce precipitate. The 19 precipitate corresponds to 0.251 g of soya sterols. The average recovery rate of soybean sterols was 101.15±2.38% with a coefficient of variation of 2.35%.
