目的为了更好地控制原料奶及成品的产品质量,形成一种简便的检测方法,更快更准确地鉴别掺假牛奶。方法实验选用传统的国标方法、直接进样法、标准加入-直接进样法三种不同的试验方法对几种产品进行检测,并比对各种方法的优劣,从而得到较理想的方法。结果各试验组的钙、钠检出限分别为0.42mg/100 g和3.75 mg/100 g、0.38 mg/100 g和0.96 mg/100 g、0.38 mg/100 g和0.96 mg/100 g。结论标准加入-直接进样法是一种新型的、快速且准确的检测方法。
Purpose In order to better control the quality of the raw milk and the finished product, a simple and convenient method for the detection of adulterated milk can be identified more quickly and accurately. Method The experiment selects several traditional test methods, such as the traditional national standard method, direct injection method and standard addition-direct injection method, to test several products and compare the advantages and disadvantages of various methods so as to obtain an ideal method. Results The detection limits of calcium and sodium in each test group were 0.42 mg / 100 g and 3.75 mg / 100 g, 0.38 mg / 100 g and 0.96 mg / 100 g, 0.38 mg / 100 g and 0.96 mg / 100 g, respectively. Conclusion The standard addition - direct injection method is a new, rapid and accurate detection method.
