目的探讨HIF-1α和E2F6蛋白与宫颈鳞状细胞癌侵袭、转移的关系。方法采用免疫组化SP法,检测40例正常宫颈黏膜上皮、40例宫颈上皮内肿瘤(CIN)及40例宫颈鳞癌患者组织中HIF-1α和E2F6蛋白的表达,分析其与各临床病理参数之间的关系及二者的相关性。结果在正常宫颈黏膜上皮、CIN及宫颈鳞癌组织中,HIF-1α的阳性表达强度呈递增趋势,且差异显著(P<0.05),E2F6的阳性表达强度呈递减趋势,且差异显著(P<0.05);宫颈鳞癌组织中E2F6和HIF-1α的表达呈负相关关系(Tb=-0.51,P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α的高表达及E2F6的低表达可能与宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展、浸润及转移有关,二者的负相关关系为进一步研究宫颈鳞癌的发生、发展机制提供依据。
Objective To investigate the relationship between HIF-1α and E2F6 protein and invasion and metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. Methods The expressions of HIF-1α and E2F6 in 40 cases of normal cervical mucosal epithelium, 40 cases of cervical intraepithelial neoplasia (CIN) and 40 cases of cervical squamous cell carcinoma were detected by immunohistochemical SP method. The relationship between the two and their relevance. Results The positive expression of HIF-1α in normal cervical mucosa epithelium, CIN and cervical squamous cell carcinoma showed an increasing trend with significant difference (P <0.05). The positive expression intensity of E2F6 showed a decreasing trend with significant difference (P < 0.05). There was a negative correlation between the expression of HIF-1α and E2F6 in cervical squamous cell carcinoma (Tb = -0.51, P <0.05). Conclusion The high expression of HIF-1α and the low expression of E2F6 may be related to the occurrence, development, invasion and metastasis of cervical squamous cell carcinoma. The negative correlation between them may provide a basis for further study on the occurrence and development of cervical squamous cell carcinoma.
