口孜东煤矿主井井筒深1 004.7m,使用2JK-3.5/22型凿井提升机。井筒落底后,通过采用铝合金罐笼和压实型钢丝绳,以及提物时,另一个罐笼配空矿车等措施,使现有提升机满足了井筒临时改绞要求,节省了大量费用和时间,收到了预期效果。
