目的研究肾茶Clerodendranthus spicatus水溶性部位的化学成分。方法采用硅胶、反相硅胶ODS-A、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱对该植物水溶性部位进行分离纯化,并通过光谱分析和文献对照确定化合物结构。结果从肾茶全草50%乙醇提取物中分离得到15个已知化合物,分别鉴定为(2S,E)-N-[2-羟基-2-(4-羟基苯乙基)]阿魏酸酰胺(Ⅰ)2、,6,2,′6′-四甲氧-基4,4′-二(2,3-环氧-1-羟基丙基)二苯(Ⅱ)、咖啡酸乙酯(Ⅲ)、催吐萝芙木醇(Ⅳ)、合欢布里苷O(albibrissinoside O,3-甲氧基-4-羟基-苯-1-O-β-[5-O-(3,5-二甲氧基-4-羟基-苯甲酸)]-呋喃芹菜糖基-(1→2)-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖苷,Ⅴ)、8-羟基-松脂醇(Ⅵ)、丁香脂素-4′-O-β-葡萄糖(Ⅶ)、1-羟基-丁香脂素(Ⅷ)、洋李苷(Ⅸ)、五叶山小橘苷C(glycopentoside C,3-甲氧基-4-羟基-苯-1-O-β-{5-O-[3-(2-(3-甲氧基-4-羟基-苯基)-3-羟甲基-7-羟基-2,3-二氢苯并呋喃-5-基)丙烯酸]}-呋喃芹菜糖基-(1→2)-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖苷,Ⅹ)、阿江榄仁葡萄糖苷I(arjunglucoside I,2α,3β,19α,23-四羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸-28-O-β-吡喃葡萄糖苷,Ⅺ)、2,α3β,19,α23-四羟基-12-烯-28-齐墩果酸-23,28-O-β-二吡喃葡萄糖苷(ⅩⅡ)、大黄素(ⅩⅢ)、丁香脂素(ⅩⅣ)、(2S)-柚皮素(ⅩⅤ)。结论化合物Ⅰ~Ⅲ、Ⅵ~Ⅷ、Ⅹ~ⅩⅣ为首次从该植物中分离得到。
Objective To study the chemical constituents of water soluble parts of Kidney tea Clerodendranthus spicatus. Methods Silica gel, reverse phase silica gel column chromatography (ODS-A) and Sephadex LH-20 were used to separate and purify the water-soluble parts of the plants. The structures of the compounds were determined by spectral analysis and literature control. Results Fifteen known compounds were isolated from 50% ethanol extract of Radix et Rhizoma Rheum and identified as (2S, E) -N- [2-hydroxy-2- (4- hydroxyphenethyl) Amide (I) 2,6,2’-tetramethoxy-4,4’-bis (2,3-epoxy-1-hydroxypropyl) (Ⅲ), euphausylol (Ⅳ), albibrissinoside O (3-methoxy-4-hydroxy- (1 → 2) -O-β-glucopyranoside, V), 8-hydroxy-pinoresinol (Ⅵ), syringaresinol -4’-O-β-glucose (Ⅶ), 1-hydroxy-syringalin (Ⅷ), glycoside (IX), glycopentoside C -benzene-1-O- [5-O- [3- (2- (3-methoxy-4-hydroxy-phenyl) (1 → 2) -O-β-glucopyranoside, X), arjunglucoside I, 2α, 3β, 19α , 23-tetrahydroxy-12-ene-28-oleanolic acid -28-O-β-glucopyranoside, XI), 2, α3β, 19, α23-tetrahydroxy-12-ene-28- Acid-23,28-O-β-Dipyl glucopyranoside (XII), emodin (XIII), syringaresinolide (XIV), and (2S) -naringenin (XV). Conclusion The compounds Ⅰ ~ Ⅲ, Ⅵ ~ Ⅷ, Ⅹ ~ Ⅹ Ⅳ were isolated from this plant for the first time.
