为减轻废旧轮胎带来的污染问题和改善沥青混合料的路用性能,在室内进行了废旧橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料的试验研究。参照SMA混合料的级配,在集料中掺加1%~3%(占集料干重)的废旧橡胶颗粒,所得沥青混合料的高温稳定性和低温抗裂性能均得到改善,水稳定性略有下降。试验路的监测结果表明,废旧橡胶颗粒改性沥青混合料的路用性能优于普通AC路面。
In order to reduce the pollution caused by discarded tires and improve the road performance of asphalt mixtures, the experimental study of discarded rubber particles modified asphalt mixture was conducted indoors. With reference to the gradation of SMA mixture, 1% -3% (dry weight of aggregate) of the waste rubber particles is added to the aggregate to improve the high temperature stability and the low temperature crack resistance of the obtained asphalt mixture, and the water stability Sex decreased slightly.
