目的:通过观察三金片对女性再发性尿感患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群的影响,从而揭示该药防治尿感的免疫学药理机制。方法:采用随机、对照、开放的方法,68例患者分为治疗组30例,对照组28例,2组均予常规敏感抗生素治疗,治疗组加服三金片,在尿菌转阴后,治疗组予三金片维持治疗3个月;对照组予相应低剂量抗生素维持治疗3个月。观察2组治疗前后外周血T淋巴细胞水平、2组自起始治疗至尿菌培养转阴时所用治疗时间以及分别在停药3个月后2组尿感的再发率。结果:治疗组患者在外周血CD3+,CD4+T细胞以及CD4+/CD8+等方面均较治疗前提高(P<0.05),并较对照组有统计学差异(P<0.05),治疗组患者自起始治疗至尿菌培养转阴时所用治疗时间较对照组显著减短(P<0.01);2组在分别停药3月后,治疗组较对照组尿感再发率显著降低(P<0.01)。结论:三金片能通过改善女性再发性尿感患者细胞免疫水平,而达到缩短疗程、降低再发率等疗效。
OBJECTIVE: To observe the effect of sanjin tablets on the T lymphocyte subsets in female patients with recurrent urinary tract infection, and to reveal the immunological pharmacological mechanism of this drug in preventing and treating urinary tract infection. Methods: A randomized, controlled and open method, 68 patients were divided into treatment group 30 cases, control group 28 cases, 2 groups were given conventional sensitive antibiotics, the treatment group plus service three gold tablets, The treatment group was treated with three gold tablets for 3 months; the control group was given the corresponding low-dose antibiotics for 3 months. The levels of T lymphocytes in the peripheral blood of the two groups before and after treatment were observed. The treatment time of the two groups from the start of treatment until the urine culture became negative and the incidence of recurrent urinary incontinence of the two groups after 3 months of withdrawal were observed. Results: The CD3 +, CD4 + T cells and CD4 + / CD8 + in peripheral blood of treatment group were significantly higher than those before treatment (P <0.05), and were significantly higher than those of control group (P <0.05) The treatment time from initial treatment to negative urine culture was significantly shorter than that of the control group (P <0.01). After 3 months’ withdrawal, the recurrence rate of urine in the treatment group was significantly lower than that in the control group (P <0.01) ). Conclusion: Three gold tablets can improve the cellular immune level of female patients with recurrent urinary tract to shorten the course of treatment, reduce the recurrence rate and other effects.
