1 特点与应用分析1.1 三圃制 20世纪50年代初,中国从前苏联引进以改良混合选择法为基础的三圃制,以后长期成为中国良种繁育的核心技术。这是中国应用时间最长,使用最广泛的种子生产技术,至今仍在广泛应用。对提高品种纯度,促进农业发展发挥了良好的作用。其程序是:单株(穗)选择——株(穗)行鉴定——株(穗)系比较——混系繁殖(原种)。三圃制有利鉴别和淘汰变异株及退化株,有效地提高种子纯度,保持品种的优良种性,延长其使用年
