N-乙酰基转移酶2是人体内重要的Ⅱ相代谢酶,可催化芳香胺类和杂环胺类物质的乙酰化过程。我国人群中NAT2基因以快乙酰化基因表型为主,最常见的基因型为NAT2*4A、NAT2*6A、NAT2*7B。NAT2慢乙酰化代谢基因型与膀胱癌的发生相关,与异烟肼所致的药物性肝炎相关。研究NAT2基因多态性对评价肿瘤的发生、判断预后及指导药物个体化治疗、减少或减轻药物不良反应有着重要的意义。
N-acetyltransferase 2 is an important Phase II metabolic enzyme in the human body that catalyzes the acetylation of aromatic amines and heterocyclic amines. The NAT2 gene in Chinese population is characterized by the rapid acetylation phenotype, the most common genotypes are NAT2 * 4A, NAT2 * 6A, NAT2 * 7B. NAT2 slow acetylated metabolic genotype associated with the occurrence of bladder cancer, and isoniazid-induced drug-induced hepatitis. NAT2 gene polymorphism study to evaluate the occurrence of cancer, to determine the prognosis and guide the individual drug treatment, reduce or reduce the adverse drug reactions of great significance.
