根据疾病事件与症状事件之间的逻辑关系,利用覆盖集理论提出疾病诊断的新指标,构造症状与疾病之间的0-1整数规划模型,并采用禁忌搜索(TS搜索)方法来求解这一问题。通过大量鱼病诊断实例的计算结果表明,TS搜索算法在降低误诊率和减少响应时间方面均有良好的性能。
According to the logical relationship between disease events and symptom events, a new index of disease diagnosis is proposed by using cover set theory, and a 0-1 integer programming model between symptom and disease is constructed and a tabu search (TS search) method is used to solve this problem. The results of a large number of fish disease diagnosis cases show that the TS search algorithm has good performance in reducing the misdiagnosis rate and reducing the response time.
