近年来,福建省各级工会与法院密切联系,积极探索,共同构建劳动争议处理新机制,促进和谐劳动关系建设。日前,福建省总工会联合省法院在石狮召开全省法院、工会推进职工维权工作现场会,交流介绍了六种可复制、可推广的职工维权工作模式。(一)以“一体化”基地为支撑点的石狮经验。2015年10月,石狮市法院与总工会、人社局等在职工和企业较集中的宝盖镇鞋业工业区建立职工法律维权“一体化”基地,主要有六大功能:一是普法教育功
