物资经济发展时期,石油化工企业的采购作为企业成本控制和效益提高的重要组成部分和节点,在企业的总生产和发展之中占据着绝对重要的位置。物质采购的合理性,不仅能有效节省成本费用,而且以招标采购中总承包项目的采买,对企业的生产发展至关重要。作为物资采购最有效的形式,总承包项目在物资采购中起着积极的作用。本研究以总承包项目中仪表采买为主线,探寻新经济时期,企业如何应用技术手段和管理手段来实现降低采购成本,以实现企业经济效益和社会效益的统一,并在激烈的市场竞争中立于不败之地。
