利用电子计算机模拟作战与一般的工程计算不同,它除了象工程计算一样根据数学模型进行演算外,还对一些作战规则进行描述,特别要求能对一些“模糊”语言进行描述。例如,指挥员命令下属“动作快一点”或要求射手在“有利时机开火”等,都是模糊语言。计算机如何接受这些模糊语言?并对作战行动快慢进行描述,这就提出量化的问题。
