平顶山市水泥企业近几年发展较快,截至2007年来共有5000t/d干法生产线4条,2500t/d干法生产线3条,百万吨粉磨站3个。年产量达到800万吨。到2010年将形成1200万吨的生产能力,而平顶山市的需求量只有350—400万吨。市场竞争激烈,因此,市政府应采取强制措施,关停小水泥,控制新建项目的审批,推动企业整合重组。同时,水泥企业必须要有灵活的销售手段和策略,以优质价廉独特的产品而占领市场。本文就本人在工作中的实践,对我市水泥企业的现状、发展趋势及水泥企业的销售策略浅谈一些认识。
Pingdingshan cement enterprises in recent years developed rapidly, as of 2007 to a total of 5000t / d dry production line 4, 2500t / d dry production line 3, 1 million tons of grinding station 3. Annual output reached 8 million tons. By 2010, 12 million tons of production capacity will be formed, while the demand of Pingdingshan City is only 3 to 4 million tons. Market competition is fierce, therefore, the municipal government should take coercive measures, shut down small cement, control the approval of new projects to promote the consolidation and reorganization of enterprises. At the same time, cement companies must have flexible sales methods and strategies to occupy the market with unique products of good quality and low price. Based on my own practice in work, this article gives a brief introduction to the current situation and development trend of cement enterprises in our city and the sales strategy of cement enterprises.
