目的探讨脑电生物反馈仪结合脑干听觉诱发电位治疗儿童注意力缺陷多动症(attention deficit hyperactivity disorder,ADHD)的临床价值。方法选取2015年1月-2017年6月收治的ADHD患者80例,按照随机数字法分两组,各40例,对照组使用脑干诱发电位处理,观察组在此基础上使用脑电生物反馈仪治疗,比较干预前后两组视听整合连续执行测试(IVA-CPT)结果及Achenbach儿童行为量表得分变化情况,统计两组整体治疗效果。计量资料比较采用t检验,计数资料比较采用χ~2检验,P<0.05为差异有统计学意义。结果干预后观察组IVA-CPT评分、Achenbach儿童行为量表得分均优于干预前及干预后对照组(均P<0.05);观察组有效率为92.5%,高于对照组72.5%(P<0.05)。结论针对ADHD,使用脑电生物反馈仪结合脑干听觉诱发电位进行监测治疗,能更有效的提高临床治疗效果。
Objective To investigate the clinical value of EEG biofeedback device combined with brainstem auditory evoked potentials in treatment of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) in children. Methods 80 patients with ADHD admitted from January 2015 to June 2017 were divided into two groups according to random number method, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with brain stem evoked potentials. On the basis of this, the observation group was treated with electroencephalogram biofeedback After treatment, the IVA-CPT results and Achenbach children’s behavior scale scores were compared before and after intervention, and the overall treatment effect was compared between the two groups. Measurement data were compared using t test, count data were compared using χ ~ 2 test, P <0.05 for the difference was statistically significant. Results The scores of IVA-CPT and Achenbach children’s behavior scale in the observation group were better than those before and after intervention (all P <0.05). The effective rate of the observation group was 92.5%, which was higher than that of the control group (72.5%, P < 0.05). Conclusion For ADHD, the use of EEG biofeedback device in combination with brainstem auditory evoked potentials for monitoring and treatment can more effectively improve the clinical therapeutic effect.
