目的:探讨膳食改善对社区围绝经期妇女骨质疏松及生活质量的影响。方法:选择55例围绝经期妇女,随机分为观察组(n=25)和对照组(n=30)进行观察。12个月后采用生存质量指数评定量表(SF-36QOL)分别对两组患者生存质量进行评分并记录。结果:观察组总体生存质量明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:膳食改善可以降低围绝经期综合征的发生,提高围绝经期妇女的生活质量,且是最经济、安全、方便的方法。
Objective: To investigate the effect of dietary improvement on osteoporosis and quality of life in perimenopausal women in community. Methods: Fifty-five perimenopausal women were selected and randomly divided into observation group (n = 25) and control group (n = 30). After 12 months, the quality of life of the two groups were scored and recorded by using the Quality of Life Index Rating Scale (SF-36QOL). Results: The overall quality of life of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P <0.01). Conclusion: Dietary improvement can reduce the incidence of perimenopausal syndrome and improve the quality of life of perimenopausal women, and is the most economical, safe and convenient method.
