对1420铝锂合金同种板材分别进行电阻点焊和压印连接试验,对连接试验所得的各组接头进行拉伸-剪切试验。对电阻点焊接头进行超声扫描和破坏性检测,对压印接头进行破坏性检测。分别从接头的成形质量、载荷承载能力、失效形式和能量吸收能力等方面进行对比分析。试验结果表明:超声扫描可以有效检测电阻电焊连接接头的焊核直径;电阻点焊连接接头的载荷承载能力(均值载荷为3679.1N)和能量吸收能力(能量吸收均值为3.164 J)均优于压印连接接头(均值载荷为2232.3N,能量吸收均值为0.619J)。
The 1420 Al-Li alloy plate with the same kind of resistance spot welding and embossed connection test, the connection test of each group of joint tensile-shear test. The resistance spot welding joint ultrasonic scanning and destructive testing, embossed joints destructive testing. Respectively from the joint forming quality, load carrying capacity, failure forms and energy absorption capacity and other aspects of comparative analysis. The results show that ultrasonic scanning can effectively detect the weld core diameter of the resistance welding joint. The load carrying capacity (average load 3679.1N) and energy absorption capacity (energy absorption average 3.164J) Printed connector (mean load 2232.3N, energy absorption average 0.619J).
