目的:观察桑枝总黄酮提取物对2型糖尿病大鼠的空腹血糖、糖化血清蛋白及胰岛素抵抗的影响,探究其可能的作用机制。方法:采用高糖高脂饮食加小剂量链脲菌素建立2型糖尿病大鼠模型,灌胃给药14天后测定空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血清蛋白(GSP)、空腹胰岛素(FINS),计算胰岛素敏感性指数(ISI)等。结果:桑枝总黄酮提取物能够明显降低2型糖尿病大鼠血糖、糖化血清蛋白,提高胰岛素敏感性指数,与对照组相比,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:桑枝总黄酮提取物可降低2型糖尿病大鼠血糖并能够改善IR。
Objective: To observe the effects of extracts of total flavonoids from Mulberry on fasting blood glucose, glycosylated serum protein and insulin resistance in type 2 diabetic rats, and to explore its possible mechanism. METHODS: A rat model of type 2 diabetes was established by high-sugar high-fat diet plus low-dose streptozotocin. Fasting plasma glucose (FPG), glycated serum protein (GSP) and fasting insulin (FINS) were measured after intragastric administration for 14 days. Insulin sensitivity index (ISI) and so on. Results: The total flavonoids extract from Mulberry could significantly reduce blood glucose and glycosylated serum protein and increase insulin sensitivity index in type 2 diabetic rats. Compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.01). Conclusion: Mulberry flavonoids extract can reduce blood glucose in type 2 diabetic rats and improve IR.
