氢化法原子吸收成原子荧光的商品仪器,多采用电热石英炉原子化,进样为间歇方式。灵敏度虽高,但读数为瞬时峰值,炉温较难控制,待测元素的原子化随温度而变,影响测定结果的重现性。本文利用双叉同时进液氢化物发生器及乙炔火焰原子化原子荧光测定As,操作简便快速,并可进行稳定连续的峰高读数,原子化温度也易于控制,有较好的精密度和准确度。用此法对钒触媒及一些矿物中0.0x%~x%的As进行了测定,结果满意。
Hydrogenation atomic absorption into the atomic fluorescence of the instrument, the use of electric quartz furnace atomization, injection mode for the intermittent. Although the sensitivity is high, but the reading is instantaneous peak, the furnace temperature is more difficult to control, the atomization of the element under test changes with temperature, which affects the reproducibility of the measurement results. In this paper, the simultaneous detection of As and As with the double-fork simultaneous inlet hydride generator and acetylene flame atomic fluorescence spectrometry, the method is simple and rapid, stable and continuous peak height reading can be carried out, the atomization temperature is also easy to control, with better precision and accuracy degree. This method was used to determine 0.0x% ~ x% As in vanadium catalyst and some minerals, and the results were satisfactory.
