为了解决再造烟叶企业高生产车速下产品涂布率低、稳定性较差、涂布后半成品水分含量高、致香成分易挥发等问题,项目组研发了新型辊式涂布与浸渍涂布相结合的智能化涂布系统及“低温烘烤+调态处理”的复合烘烤系统。通过对涂布系统设备关键工序参数及系统控制试验、烘润干燥工艺试验的研究,确定了“智能调控-烘润干燥系统工艺”的参数,最后通过品质智能调控系统、烘润干燥系统运行情况分析,进一步验证了本系统及工艺的合理性。为解决高车速下提高涂布率、提高调控能力、质量稳定性、改善产品后续加工特性等方面提供了基础性的技术保障。
