以健康生长的加拿大红枫的叶片、叶柄、顶芽、侧芽为外植体,采用愈伤组织诱导培养方法,通过比较不同的外植体、光照时长、温度、湿度和植物生长调节剂及其配比对加拿大红枫愈伤组织诱导的影响。结果表明:愈伤组织诱导的最适外植体是顶芽;愈伤组织诱导的最适培养基是1/2MS+6-BA 2.0mg/L+NAA 0.1mg/L+GA3 0.1mg/L;生长的最适培养条件为温度(25±2)℃,湿度65%,光照24h/d,光照强度15 00~2 000lx。
The leaves, petioles, terminal buds and lateral buds of healthy Canadian Red Maple were used as explants. Callus induction culture method was used.
