目的:建立分子印迹固相萃取-高效液相色谱法测定喘息灵中盐酸克仑特罗含量。方法:采用Hypersil BDS C18(250mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.05 moL.L-1NaH2PO4(含0.005 moL.L-1PIC-B6,用磷酸调pH至4.0左右)和甲醇(60∶40)为流动相,检测波长为245 nm,流速为1.0 mL·min-1;柱温为室温。结果:盐酸克仑特罗浓度在0.4~40.0μg·mL-1范围内呈良好线性关系(r=0.9998),盐酸克仑特罗的平均回收率为97.8%,(RSD为0.9%,n=9)。结论:方法简便,分离效果好,结果准确可靠。
OBJECTIVE: To establish a molecularly imprinted solid phase extraction-HPLC method for the determination of clenbuterol in asthenia. METHODS: Hypersil BDS C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column was used in the presence of 0.05 mol·L-1 NaH2PO4 (containing 0.005 mol·L-1 PIC-B6, adjusted to pH 4.0 with phosphoric acid) and methanol (60:40) As mobile phase, the detection wavelength was 245 nm and the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1. The column temperature was room temperature. Results: The Clenbuterol concentration was linear in the range of 0.4-40.0 μg · mL-1 (r = 0.9998). The average recovery of clenbuterol was 97.8% (RSD 0.9%, n = 9). Conclusion: The method is simple, the separation effect is good, the result is accurate and reliable.
