利用ISSR分子标记技术对38份越橘品种资源的亲缘关系进行分析。结果表明,14条ISSR引物扩增的总带数为4~12条,平均扩增出6.36条带,平均多态性带数为3.43条,平均多态性百分比为51.6%;UPGMA聚类分析显示,在相似性系数为0.867处将38个越橘品种分为2大类;试验结果对研究越橘种质资源遗传多样性和加快越橘品种改良具有一定作用。
The ISSR molecular markers were used to analyze the genetic relationship of 38 bilberry cultivars. The results showed that the total number of bands amplified by 14 ISSR primers ranged from 4 to 12 with an average of 6.36 bands, with an average band number of 3.43 and an average percentage of 51.6%. UPGMA cluster analysis The results showed that 38 bilberry cultivars were divided into two groups at a similarity coefficient of 0.867. The results of the experiment showed that the bilberry germplasm resources had a great effect on the genetic diversity and the improvement of bilberry varieties.
