目的:研究益母草缩宫效应,建立动物标准子宫模型,优选影响益母草缩宫效应的环境因素。方法:通过比较益母草对小鼠、大鼠、家兔离体子宫的缩宫效应,确定益母草药材生物检定的标准子宫模型;运用正交试验,对影响益母草缩宫效应的主要环境因素进行筛选。结果:以动情前期大鼠离体子宫为标准子宫模型,益母草药材生物检定最佳环境条件为:子宫负荷1 g,浴液温度32℃,每 1000 ml子宫蓄养液CaCl_2和NaHCO_3含量分别为0.06g和0.25g。结论:优选后的条件,益母草缩宫效应明显,检定误差较小。
OBJECTIVE: To study the effect of Motherwort’s uterine contraction and establish a standard animal uterus model to optimize the environmental factors affecting the uterus withdrawal effect. METHODS: By comparing the uterus-releasing effect of Leonurus on the isolated uterus of mice, rats and rabbits, the standard uterine model for the bioassay of the motherwort herbs was determined. The orthogonal test was used to screen the main environmental factors affecting the uterus contraction effect. Results: The uterus model of isolated uterus in pre-estrus was used as the standard uterus model. The optimal environmental conditions for the bioassay of eutrophica were: 1 g uterus load, bath temperature 32°C, and 0.06 g CaCl 2 and NaHCO 3 per 1000 ml urine stock solution respectively. And 0.25g. Conclusion: After the optimal condition, the motherwort’s uterine regurgitation effect is obvious and the test error is small.
