采用大田试验,研究了常规施肥基础上施用不同种类肥料对烟叶中性致香物质含量的影响,试验共设4个处理,为常规施肥(CK)和常规施肥基础上施用多元素矿物质肥料(300mgkg-1)、宝肽生物肥料(300mgkg-1)及黑麦草绿肥(鲜重2000mgkg-1)。试验结果表明:施用不同种类肥料均可增加苯丙氨酸降解物、棕色化产物和类胡萝卜素降解物含量,三类致香物质含量均以施用宝肽生物肥料处理最高,并且仅宝肽生物肥料处理提高了西柏烷降解物含量;施用不同种类肥料对各致香物质均有一定的影响,并且提高了新植二烯含量和中性致香物质总量,新植二烯含量为施用多元素矿物质肥料处理最高,中性致香物质总量以施用宝肽生物肥料处理最高。
A field experiment was conducted to study the effects of applying different types of fertilizers on the content of neutral aroma components in the tobacco leaves on the basis of conventional fertilization. Four treatments were conducted in this experiment. The application of multi-element mineral fertilizers (CK) and conventional fertilization 300mgkg-1), Po peptide bio-fertilizer (300mgkg-1) and rye green manure (fresh weight 2000mgkg-1). The results showed that the contents of phenylalanine degradation products, browning products and carotenoid degrading substances were increased by applying different kinds of fertilizers. The contents of three kinds of aromatizing substances were all treated by the bioactive fertilizer Po Peptide, Fertilizer treatment increased the content of cetane degradates; application of different types of fertilizers have a certain impact on the aroma of substances, and increased neophytadiene content and neutral aroma compounds, neophytadiene content for the application of more Elemental mineral fertilizers have the highest treatment, while the neutral aroma compounds have the highest treatment with Po Peptide Bio-fertilizer.
