小学数学作业分层设计能够有效地缓解学生面对数学学科时的畏难情绪,让每个层次的学生都能够获得成功的体验,有助于提高学生的学习兴趣,促进其更积极主动的投入到数学学习之中,加速层级之间学生的流动,最终促进数学教学质量的整体提升。在实践中,可以试行“蹦一蹦够得着”、适时的分层流动、作业分层评价和反馈三种作业分层的策略,提高作业分层的有效性。
Layered design of primary school mathematics can effectively alleviate the students ’fear in the face of maths, so that students at all levels can gain a successful experience, help to improve students’ learning interest and promote their more proactive input Among the mathematics learning, accelerating the flow of students between levels ultimately promotes the overall improvement of mathematics teaching quality. In practice, we can try the strategies of “jumping up and down and getting through”, timely stratification flow, job layering evaluation and feedback three kinds of job stratification strategies to improve the effectiveness of job stratification.
