报道了一种结构简单、调谐方便的宽带可调谐Er~(3+)/Yb~(3+)共掺光纤激光器。采用半导体激光二极管(LD)作为抽运源,以大模面积Er~(3+)/Yb~(3+)共掺双包层光纤为增益介质,利用闪耀光栅作为波长选择器件,实现了1550 nm波段稳定的可调谐激光输出,调谐范围达36 nm,几乎覆盖了整个荧光谱宽度。整个调谐范围内,输出激光线宽小于0.08 nm。输出功率随波长的变化而变化,在25 nm调谐范围内激光功率不低于40mW。波长为1543.86 nm时获得最大输出功率510 mW,斜率效率为26%。这种光纤激光器具有效率高、线宽窄、调谐范围大、输出稳定等优点,可用于密集波分复用(DWDM)光纤通信系统和高精度光纤传感系统。
A broadband tunable Er ~ (3 +) / Yb ~ (3+) codoped fiber laser with simple structure and convenient tuning is reported. A semiconductor laser diode (LD) is used as a pumping source and a large-area Er3 + / Yb3 + co-doped double-clad fiber is used as a gain medium. A blazed grating is used as a wavelength selection device to achieve a 1550 The tunable, tunable laser output of the nm band provides a tuning range of up to 36 nm, covering almost the entire fluorescence spectrum. The output laser linewidth is less than 0.08 nm over the entire tuning range. The output power varies with wavelength and the laser power is not less than 40mW in the 25 nm tuning range. The maximum output power is 510 mW at a wavelength of 1543.86 nm and the slope efficiency is 26%. The fiber laser has the advantages of high efficiency, narrow line width, large tuning range and stable output, and can be used in dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) optical fiber communication systems and high-precision optical fiber sensing systems.
