本文通过对七头高速蜗杆传动的研制和改进总结,分析了其传动特点,论述了在我国一般设备工艺条件下所采用的齿型、几何参数、新工艺、新材料、跑合与齿修形、按装调试等经验与成果。从五年连续运转的两套蜗杆传动情况和检测结果证明,其传动的可靠性、工作平稳性、承载能力、寿命等性能都优于原进口设备,达到了国内先进水平,满足了生产要求,降低了制造成本,取得了显著的经济效益。
