目的对ELISA(酶联免疫吸附试验)法检测血清包虫IgG抗体试剂盒进行评价,为其应用提供参考。方法收集2012-01-12就诊的1242位可疑包虫病患者的血清标本,采用ELISA检测血清棘球蚴IgG抗体。结果1242例中就诊患者中对包虫感染有明确诊断(确诊或排除包虫病)的有1130例,其中棘球蚴IgG抗体阳性159例(14.07%),棘球蚴IgG抗体阴性971例(85.93%);以临床诊断为标准得到灵敏度87.06%,特异性91.87%,Youden指数为0.78。结论ELISA法检测棘球蚴IgG抗体的灵敏度和特异性较高,可用于包虫病患者的流行病学调查;并结合B超等影像学检查用于临床包虫病的辅助诊断。
Objective To evaluate the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method for detection of hydatidarbate IgG antibody and provide a reference for its application. Methods Serum samples of 1242 suspected cases of hydatid disease were collected from January 12 to January 12, and the serum IgG antibodies against echinococcosis were detected by ELISA. Results A total of 1130 cases were diagnosed as hydatidiform infection (diagnosis or echinococcosis) among the 1242 patients, among which 159 (14.07%) were positive for echinococcus IgG antibody and 971 were negative for echinococcus IgG antibody 85.93%). The sensitivity of clinical diagnosis was 87.06%, the specificity was 91.87% and the Youden index was 0.78. Conclusion ELISA method for the detection of hydatid cyst IgG antibodies with high sensitivity and specificity can be used for epidemiological investigation of patients with hydatid disease; combined with B ultrasound imaging for the diagnosis of clinical hydatid disease.
